Our little French travelers will pack their tiny suitcases as they take a fabulous French adventure to one of the most colorful, exciting, and delicious countries in all of Europe: France! Our beloved friends, Madeline, Babar, and Quasimodo from the Hunchback of Notre Dame, will join young adventurers as they explore French culture and language. Students will learn some basic French expressions and words through songs and play. Three year olds will taste buttery croissants, design their own Eiffel Tower cookies, make Madeline hats, sing traditional French songs (“Alouette!”, “Frère Jacques”), make Babar come to life through a puppet show, and read classic charming French stories. And of course, no adventure would be complete without a race, so each student will adopt a pet “escargot” (snail) for the week and (drum roll!), the first snail to cross the finish line (hopefully by Friday) will win! Victoire! A bientôt! $15 MATERIALS FEE
