Working with other outstanding coaches and college-level players, athletes will develop and build individual and team skills. All levels are welcome, and students will be divided by age and ability to offer the best opportunity for improvement and instruction. We do offer equipment for athletes who are just trying lacrosse for the first time. Emphasis will be on fun and skill development. Small-sided drills that focus on off-ball movement, the two-man game and uneven situations all over the field will progress into half- and full-field concepts for all positions. Games and contests within drills and scrimmages will be held daily, creating a competitive but team-oriented environment for all players. Goalie work and face-off training will also be provided. KDS pinny and water bottle is included. Equipment needed: Stick, helmet, mouth guard, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, cup (optional but encouraged) and cleats (optional but encouraged). Please let us know, when signing up, if you will need equipment. $15 MATERIALS FEE

Our tennis camps are designed to bring out the best in every player’s ability and help nurture a love for the “lifelong game.” Participants will learn proper stroke technique, footwork, and match strategy appropriate to their age and level. We will play tennis games and matches, ensuring everyone has fun! Space is limited to 24 campers, and we maintain a 6:1 player-coach ratio. Kent Denver’s outstanding basketball coaches will join with Kent Denver’s current and former players to offer a fun-filled and challenging opportunity for players to learn and improve a variety of skills that will be translated into daily play and games. Players will be grouped by age and ability. Concentration will be on individual instruction in both offensive and defensive skills, while developing individual players’ enthusiasm for the game. The opportunity to work with a variety of coaches will offer players the chance to enhance specific skills and build individualized learning. No basketball experience is required; all that’s needed is a love of the game and a desire to improve skills. $15 MATERIALS FEE

On Thursday and Friday we head to Boulder Canyon to one of the more popular climbing crags. Campers gain confidence, trust, and learn teamwork through climbing. Campers spend time as a group and at times, are grouped by age and experience. More experienced climbers will take on leadership roles and experience more challenging climbs.

On Thursday and Friday we head to Boulder Canyon to one of the more popular climbing crags. Teens gain confidence, trust, and learn teamwork through climbing. Perfect for beginners and experienced climbers alike, each climber will get to set individual goals, take on leadership roles and experience challenging climbs. Get the most out of the Teen camp experience with a full 5 days of climbing. Three days of indoor climbing (Monday to Wednesday) and two days of outdoor climbing (Thursday and Friday). Join us for a fun indoor rock climbing and slack-line experience. Our instructors teach climbing skills and basic slack-lining technique in a fun, motivating and supportive atmosphere. Climbers gain confidence, trust, and learn team work! In partnership with East Boulder Recreation Center, Camp takes place on Monday and Tuesday at the East Boulder Recreation Center where they are introduced to climbing and slack-lining. Wednesday through Friday campers are at The Boulder Rock Club continuing to develop climbing and bouldering skills.

A full week of indoor and outdoor climbing adventure for her! Three days of indoor climbing (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) practicing skills and climbing technique and two days of outdoor climbing (Thursday and Friday) bringing their indoor skills to the outdoor rock! Led by our passionate women Instructors who are eager to inspire each girl to experience a fun and exciting climbing adventure! Girls learn and practice Leave No Trace Principles and have opportunities to set personal goals, work as a team and develop leadership skills.
